Can I retrieve my account name if I have lost it?

Yes, you can retrieve your account name. Contact us and we'll support you as much as possible.

How do I retrieve my password if I have lost it?

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and we'll send a password reset link to the email address on your account.  If you experience problems with the link or still can not log in, contact us and we will help you out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’d hate to see you stop using pCure, but you can cancel your Account at any time for any reason. If you run into any trouble, contact us and we be happy to honor your request right away.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns of used products, but if there's an issue with a product you received, please contact us. 

What is your refund policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with our awesome products, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll help you out.

Where do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information from your Account page under the payment method section

Where do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping information from your Account page. If you experience problems with the shipping and delivery of your shipment, contact us and we’ll help you out.

How do I start my subscription again?

You can use your email address and password to log in and start a subscription at any time. Once you're in, head to the Subscriptions area and activate a subscription plan of your choice.

If you forgot your email address or password, you can request to reset it from the Login page.

How do I cancel my account?

  1. Go to your Account Settings, 

  2.  Choose “Cancel Account”

  3.  Select a reason for stopping,

  4. Don’t cancel!
