Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the EU and aim to expand our reach to other regions. Feel free to contact us for more information.

When will my order arrive?

Your first delivery of products will arrive within 2 business weeks and from there it will arrive according to your subscription and delivery frequency.

Will my shipments be forwarded if our company move?

Unfortunately, no. We would need you to update the shipping address for your orders to arrive at the new location.

Can I customize my restock/delivery frequency?

Yes! You can adjust your delivery frequency or update the subscription in general any time from your account page.

Can change my order whenever I want?

YYes! You can add additional boxes to the next shipment, customize subscription, change subscription plan or update shipping address on your account page.

Can I paus a shipment?

If you have the need to paus your subscription, you can either contact us or change the subscirption plan from your account page.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and support invoice solutions if needed. 

Is there a shipping fee?

There is a shipping charge for all orders. We are working for minimizing these costs as much as possible. The shipment cost is normally the same within EU..
